Nicky B began the World Show in 1997, when KayaFM was launched as the first black-owned, independent radio station in the newly democratic South Africa.

Fondly known to her fans as V-Mash, a sought-after TV presenter, actress, MC and entertainer. She is known for her enthusiastic presenting skills on the youth show Jam Alley as well as having starred in a number of local soapies and drama series. A darling of the entertainment industry who easily connects with the audience.

Lindiwe Maxolo
Winner of 2002 Afro vocal Category of OM Jazz Encounters
A Cum Laude Honours Degree graduate in Jazz Music from University of Cape Town (UCT), Lindiwe Maxolo has been singing from a very young age. Born and bred in the then Vaal Triangle now known as Sedibeng, she’s dabbled in afro-jazz, pop and gospel music but it is Jazz and Gospel that has stolen her heart. A winner of the 2002 Afro Vocal Category in the Old Mutual Jazz Encounters Competition, she’s already made a name for herself as a seasoned performer by gracing both local and international stages.
Her musical journey highlights include opening for the legendary Dave Grusin and Lee Ritenour; working with Sibongile Khumalo and Themba Mkhize on their project called Soul ‘n Turf; performing with the UCT Big Band; the UCT Orchestra; and the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, performing with McCoy Mrubata; Khaya Mahlangu; Feya Faku; Andile Yenana; doing workshops at the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls and touring country-wide with the (O)prah Magazine & Old Mutual’s Find your Balance workshops to name just few.
Maxolo’s debut solo jazz album titled “TIME” has been available in all music stores as from 2012 October 12. Her dreams include growing her brand in the continent & abroad, also imparting her musical knowledge to aspiring musicians.
AARON MOLOISI

Aaron is a professional MC and has worked with companies including Mercedes Benz South Africa, The Opening of Maponya Mall with Nelson Mandela cutting the ribbon, Metropolitan, Eskom, SABC, Young Community Sharper (resident annual MC for 6 years +), Nokia SA, Transnet, Miss Confidence to name a few, Voice over artist (in 6 official languages Sepedi, Sesotho, Setswana, isiZulu, isiXhosa and English), an inspirational speaker.
In 2002 Aaron joined Take 5 on SABC 1, a daily youth lifestyle talk show that tackled socio-economic and political issues that affect the youth of South Africa. Aaron grew to become the epitome of youth education television in South Africa and worked on the show for 5 years as producer, script writer, translator and offline editor. Proving of his ability as a television anchor, he was asked to join the team of The Big Question on SABC 2, morality/current affairs debate show that challenged South African to think about their own morality. In 2008 he worked on Get a Life on SABC 1, a weekly live youth health and wellness show that encouraged the youth to live healthy lifestyles. In August of 2008 he joined Shift on SABC 1, a weekly live talk show that shifts the mind sets of viewers on socio-economic and political issues. Shift is the only live talk show in the African continent where the anchors speak all of the country’s official languages on various platforms (live callers, sms, Twitter, Facebook and emails). In 2008 to 2010 he joined the multi-award winning investigative journalism show Special Assignment on SABC 3 as an anchor.
